Our large range of products undergo constant scientific controls.  In order to be able to guarantee the natural taste of the product, and making a contribution to your conscientious diet, we use a few renowned laboratories.

Furthermore we use a functioning control system, for arrival of the the goods to a sound quality control that you can rely upon.  We are constantly checked with regard to adherence of the the regulation (EWG) Nr. 2092/91.

We have, among others, a very close and successful cooperation with the Laboratory W.E.J. in Hamburg.  W.E.J. (Dr. Wiertz - Dipl.Chem Eggert - Dr. Jörissen) is a leading, dependent laboratory for trade and member of the international Eurofins Group.

GMO – Genetically Modified Organism



Due to our influence in the cultivation of various raw foodstuffs, as well as the crop and field rotation, we can always point out the problems of genetical pollution to the farmers.

However, there is no guarantee that an exchange of genes won't take place through contamination or through pollination from neighbouring fields.  Therefore many raw materials are regularly controlled for traces of GMO.
